On May 18, 2026, renowned Chi­nese lawyers from Shen­zhen vis­it­ed the Bishkek office of the Chi­na Affairs Bureau of the Kyr­gyz Bar Asso­ci­a­tion: Ms. Li Xin­uo, Direc­tor of the Legal Ser­vices Cen­ter for Cross-Bor­der E-Com­merce and Logis­tics at the Guang­dong Huashan Law Firm, and Ms. Luo Jie, Direc­tor of the Nation­al Research Insti­tute of Dig­i­tal Econ­o­my Law at the Guang­dong Huashan Law Firm,  to exchange expe­ri­ences, hold dis­cus­sions, and estab­lish close part­ner­ships with their Kyr­gyz col­leagues. Dur­ing the nego­ti­a­tions, the Chi­nese lawyers spoke about their activ­i­ties, the Chi­nese legal sys­tem, inter­na­tion­al coop­er­a­tion, and the res­o­lu­tion of cross-bor­der eco­nom­ic dis­putes through arbi­tra­tion courts.

In a cer­e­mo­ni­al set­ting, two charm­ing ladies were pre­sent­ed with cer­tifi­cates of accep­tance as mem­bers of the Expert Coun­cil of the Kyr­gyz-Chi­nese Cen­ter for Legal Aid to Cit­i­zens (KCLACC), wall infor­ma­tion plaques bear­ing the firm’s name, and coop­er­a­tion agree­ments were signed to joint­ly pro­mote legal ser­vices in the People’s Repub­lic of Chi­na, and agree­ments were reached on the devel­op­ment of cross-bor­der e-com­merce, attract­ing for­eign investors to the Kyr­gyz Republic’s econ­o­my, pro­vid­ing legal assis­tance to busi­ness­es, and resolv­ing arbi­tra­tion dis­putes in inter­na­tion­al arbi­tra­tion courts of both countries.

Li Xin­uo and Luo Jie, attor­neys from the lead­ing Chi­nese law firm Huashan, arrived in Bishkek on a friend­ly vis­it and they placed great trust in the Kyr­gyz Bar Asso­ci­a­tion by accept­ing its offer of coop­er­a­tion and estab­lish­ing a strong bond of friend­ship between Chi­na and Kyr­gyzs­tan. We look for­ward to long-term friend­ly rela­tions with the rep­utable law firm Huashang in Shen­zhen, Guang­dong Province, and to active­ly pro­mot­ing our legal ser­vices in the Chi­nese and Kyr­gyz mar­kets as part of the glob­al “Belt and Road” ini­tia­tive. From this day for­ward, the Kyr­gyz Bar Asso­ci­a­tion can right­ly con­sid­er that we have gained close friends and the most reli­able part­ners in the metrop­o­lis of Shen­zhen, home to mil­lions of people.
