Detained for 9 months in SIZO-1 in Bishkek remand-arrest­ed Baia­zov Marat Man­aso­vich recent­ly began to com­plain about his health problems.

On the basis of a lawyer’s peti­tion on July 18, 2023, an ambu­lance assis­tance, the accused Marat Baia­zov was tak­en to the diag­nos­tic lab­o­ra­to­ry HUMAN for exam­i­na­tion of the thy­roid gland by ultra­sound, where he was diag­nosed with ade­no­ma (tumor) of the thy­roid gland. The patient needs fur­ther exam­i­na­tion, con­sul­ta­tion of a spe­cial­ized spe­cial­ist, endocri­nol­o­gist and rel­e­vant treat­ment in a spe­cial­ized civil­ian med­ical institution.

Among oth­er things, Baia­zov M.M. expe­ri­ences the wors­en­ing of oth­er chron­ic illnesses.

In the spring of 1986, dur­ing the acci­dent at the Cher­nobyl nuclear pow­er plant, a cadet of the Kyiv High­er Radio Engi­neer­ing School Baia­zov M.M. was in the radi­a­tion zone, where he received a cer­tain dose of radioac­tive exposure.

Pro­longed stay in a pre-tri­al deten­tion cen­ter in adverse con­di­tions in con­nec­tion with which, he turned to the med­ical unit of the pre-tri­al deten­tion cen­ter with com­plaints of feel­ing unwell.

In con­nec­tion with the above, I ask you to cre­ate a med­ical com­mis­sion from among the INS doc­tors Min­istry of Jus­tice of the Kyr­gyz Repub­lic and civil­ian med­ical insti­tu­tions for a com­plete exam­i­na­tion of the state of health accused Baia­zov M.M.
