Kem­pir-Abad case: Jus­tice has been duly served, and the rule of law has been upheld

Today March 27, 2026, the Judi­cial Pan­el for Crim­i­nal Cas­es of the Bishkek City Court, presided over by Adis Momu­naliev, hav­ing exam­ined in a closed court hear­ing the pros­e­cu­to­r­i­al appeal sub­mis­sion in the crim­i­nal pro­ceed­ings against the acquit­ted defen­dants in the case con­cern­ing the Com­mit­tee for the Pro­tec­tion of the Kem­pir-Abad Reser­voir, dis­missed the argu­ments advanced by the State pros­e­cu­tion and upheld the law­ful and well-found­ed acquit­tal pre­vi­ous­ly ren­dered by Judge Marat Sydykov of the Per­vo­maisky Dis­trict Court of Bishkek.

Accord­ing­ly, all defen­dants in this polit­i­cal­ly moti­vat­ed crim­i­nal case are deemed acquitted.
